For me, living life to the fullest isn’t about doing the most—it’s about doing what feels right. It’s about slowing down, being intentional, & choosing softness in a world that’s always in a rush.

On Saturday nights I enjoy the simple things like making myself pasta because I deserve the best meals. After months of eating clean, nourishing my body with salads & veggies— I’ve earned this moment.

I crawl into bed, wrap myself in warmth, & enjoy my food in stillness. That’s luxury to me.

I get called lame & boring a lot because I genuinely love my own company. I’d rather stay in & watch a rom-com on the weekends; rather than go out in a crowd of people battling escapism.

In a world full of codependency & emotional attachments—choosing yourself is the real rebellion.

Still, I love laughing with the people closest to me—deep conversations, genuine connections.
I don’t just choose me. I choose my daughter. She’s another version of me, & everything I model—strength, grace, truth—everything is for her. When she grows up, she’ll have a role model she actually knows, not some curated fantasy from a screen.
In this life, I read. I research. I look for hidden truths. I call myself a healer because when you’re around me, you can be your true self. I won’t judge you. I’ll love you. I’ve always loved deeply, maybe too deeply. & that kind of love has made me careful. That’s why I protect my peace & stay in my own little matrix sometimes.
I’m independent. I don’t need noise to feel alive. I stay grounded in who I am, & that keeps me original.

Living life to the fullest means doing what you want; even when the world tries to mold you with trends, comparisons, & doubts. True richness is found in authenticity.
I’m proud of the life I’m creating, the love I give, & the freedom I refuse to give up. This is how you romanticize your reality—like Tayla Jay.
