Honor the Divine Queen Mother Every Day of the Year

A mother’s job never truly ends, but the love we pour into our children is unmatched, sacred, & powerful.

I wake up to the sweetest gesture — my daughter, my heart, tiptoeing into my room with strawberries, mandarin oranges, & a glass of iced coffee she made herself.

She hands me a card filled with the kind of words that make my heart flutter. She thinks I’m the coolest & prettiest mom in the world. To know that my babygirl sees me as not just beautiful, but kind, caring, & strong — it reminds me why I strive daily to be the best version of myself.

I decide to dedicate the day to self-care — for both of us. We start with pedicures. I paint our toes a light pink that feels like spring. I wash our hair, pluck my brows, steam my face, & treat myself to a DIY mask made of brown sugar, honey, & lemon — simple, natural ingredients to keep my skin glowing in its bronze brilliance.

I give Kendall the prettiest curls to match our fancy pinks dresses for our mother-daughter photoshoot. It’s giving full Tayla Jay Beauty aesthetic. Afterward, we head out to do one of our favorite things — browsing local shops to find cute little treasures that make us feel even more beautiful inside & out.

I end the night with my signature salad. It’s nourishing & fresh, just how I like it. I light red candles & place roses at my altar to welcome in the Divine Mother energy. (omg, at the end of the video the goddess said goodbye—did you see how my low battery notification popped up at [:03 secs] ?!!🤭) The ritual centers me, connects me, & brings me back to my zen mode.

The day isn’t about the holiday — it’s about what I embody every single day. This is just another page in the life of a dedicated mom & goddess. I honor her — within me — always.
