Guided by the Powerful Gods: My Sacred Library Tour & Cleansing Ritual

Today was ethereal—one of those days where everything flows & nothing feels rushed. I was guided by something higher every hour.

The weather greets me just how I like it: the moody yet serene fall energy. A slight chill in the morning air that calls for a light jacket, & a quiet moment of gratitude. It’s day two of my fast. I feel like I’m floating. My body thanks me for the stillness—no extra weight, just divine medicine running through me in the form of hot water & lemons.

Water truly guides my entire day. A light rain begins to fall as I step out for my morning walk. It feels like a blessing from Tefnut, the goddess of moisture & dew. My meditation frequency plays softly in my ears, syncing every step, every raindrop, & every breath. It’s euphoric. In perfect alignment.

Later, Kendall & I continue our library tour. We visit three libraries today. I unearth some true hidden gems. The one that takes my breath away? The Flight of Egypt—a newly published book exploring how ancient Egypt shaped the art & legacy of Black creators from the 1800s to the Harlem Renaissance to now. I turn the pages in awe—seeing photos of celebrities using ancient symbols to build entire empires & fanbases. This book is a revolution in itself.

I also pick up books on numerology, powerful women rulers, & spiritual evolution. Each word & paragraph feels like a key unlocking the next version of myself. I’m not just reading—I’m remembering.

I perform a gentle cleansing ritual as the day comes to a close. Lately, I feel old energies & past spirits lingering in my space. So tonight, I cut the cord—with love. I let go symbolically. I cry, I breathe, & then I smile. I feel instantly lighter after I ring the bell.

Now, I can sleep peacefully. Live joyfully. I honor the now & greet my future with both hands open🤲🏾

My heart is clean. My spirit is aligned.

Thank you for reading, my friends. Until tomorrow—

Stay divine. Stay free. Stay glowing.
